Our story
Built by Mr. Akhil S, one project at a time
Vriddhi Buildcon LLP is a boutique residential builder based in Bengaluru, founded and led by Mr. Akhil S, building premium projects since 2021, with an experience of 20+ years in the industry. We build premium boutique homes in prime localities of Bengaluru, the neighbourhoods where we understand the streets, elite buyers and the pace of everyday life.
That approach has produced seven delivered projects to date: Sai Vriddhi and Vriddhi Lalith Mahal in Jayanagar 7th Block, and Sri Guru Vriddhi, Vriddhi Vista, Vriddhi Regalis, Vriddhi Prabha and Vriddhi Thrayathi in Banashankari 2nd Stage, plus two projects currently underway in Banashankari 2nd Stage.
Every project is handed over under the founder's direct involvement, and after-sales questions go straight to him rather than a call centre.
