We build in prime residential localities of Bengaluru.
How many projects has Vriddhi Buildcon delivered?
Seven projects are delivered and occupied: Sai Vriddhi and Vriddhi Lalith Mahal in Jayanagar 7th Block, and Sri Guru Vriddhi, Vriddhi Vista, Vriddhi Regalis, Vriddhi Prabha and Vriddhi Thrayathi in Banashankari 2nd Stage. Two further projects in Banashankari 2nd Stage are currently underway.
What unit types do you build?
Our projects are primarily 3, 4 and 5 BHK apartments, sized and finished for owner-occupier families.
Who do I contact after I move in?

Can I visit a completed project before buying?
Yes. Since all seven of our delivered projects are occupied and visible on the ground in Jayanagar 7th Block and Banashankari 2nd Stage, we encourage a visit before you decide.
